Good Points

I was looking for a gift for a colleague and got a bargain - it was a silver jewellery set reduced to half price


Bad Points

The box that the jewellery was in looked as though it had been on supply for quite some time and was a bit delapidated


General Comments

Overall quite satisfied but the H Samuel shop was busy and there was no order of service - one woman went because she had been waiting for a long time and somebody else just came and got served.
