I was given a diamond and saphire set for Christmas but to my dismay the post came off one of the earings.
On return to the Paisley branch of H Samuel, where it was purchased from, I was dealt with promptly and proficiently. A similar item was not available but was told another one would be ordered for me.
I asked if I could pick something else as I had gone off the said item in case same thing happened again. The assistant said that was not a problem ,and I duly picked another one. I also purchased another two items. Thanks to assistant and Manager for the way in which I was dealt with. A happy customer
