Bad Points

Ordered a bed settee to be delivered 3rd Jan. Day before told it wasnt coming. New date 17th Jan. According to Ikea I was the 4th delivery at 8.30am Contacted them at 11.30, five phone calls. New date 24th - high priority - still not arrived.


General Comments

My fifth phone call was returned and the girl was very helpful. The other phone calls were politely dealt with, but the promises of call backs from managers a pack of lies. No one bothered. Rang yesterday to cancel order - promised another call back today from a manager - guess what I am still waiting. Do not believe the bed settee will ever arrive so order is as far as I am concerned cancelled. Now have to cancel the direct debit. I have never wasted so much time and energy on one item of furniture.
