Bad Points

Theres no protective covering really and its easy to burn your hand even from the top
they sometimes pull on your hair
the wire is way to long and gets tangled and is not needed


General Comments

The Babyliss Pro 230 Ceramic Hair Straighteners got really hot and i would recommend them to anyone because you might be able to get more expensive ones like GHDs but you may as well just get these as they are much cheaper and straighten your hair really well i have really really curly/frizzy hair and they straighten it really well and keep it straight for ages after without even using products. They are really worth the money and i dont think you could tell much different from them to GHDs :D
