First of all, I had an amazingly unprofessional personal trainer and despite a legitimate complaint, Virgin Active never paid back the money they owed me for the unused sessions.
Moreover, watch out for the dirty changing rooms, the overcrowded and bad quality classes, the generally super basic facilities, unfriendly staff, the smelly & broken showers.
The managers don't care about the clients and their requests or concerns.
Also an issue with the towels: don't dare asking for a second one if you're using the pool, the reception staff's reaction is a visible desire to hit you on the head. Don't be surprised if the towels are scary old too, apparently that's normal!
