General Comments

I've just migrated from Sky BB to Virgin National BB, the MAC code was used, the activation date was 17 days ago and I have had no service from Virgin whatsoever.

I have made appox 30 phone calls to Sky, Bt, Virgin and Ofcom to try and sort it out.

The first week was taken up with getting Easyet (Sky) tags removed. Still no BB.

After trying both my unlocked BT Voyager 210 and VIRGIN'S OWN NETGEAR ROUTER, different filters, cabling etc. I finally managed to convince them that there was a fault and the fault report was raised 10 days ago. There is no DSL light.

I have just received a voicemail telling me that they are going to send me VIRGIN'S OWN NETGEAR ROUTER as I even though I may be able to get a DSL light, I will never be able to connect if I use my own router. They have now closed the fault report and I am now back to square one, being told that I will have to wait 5 working days before they can look into it

I have also been promised 6 call backs and only received one.

I'm now trying to cancel my contract
