In my opinion the customer service is terrible!!


General Comments

I booked 2 flights with Expedia at the same time totalling over 1000 pounds. I needed to cancel one and was told via email and over the telephone that I would receive all the taxes paid on the ticket, this totalling 229 pounds. After cancelling I received 60. I contacted customer service again demanding to know why and a 2 line response was sent simply saying that 160 pounds was deemed non-refundable tax! after I confirmed otherwise!
