General Comments

I ordered a tripod and head from Bristol Cameras- I read all the other reviews but the price was just too good so ahead I went with my order.

Almost a month passed and still no goods. In this time I've phoned twice - first time informed that they the head is out of stock. OK fine I'll wait. Next time I call both head and tripod are out of stock?? - hang on I ordered a tripod, surely one should have been put aside for me when it WAS in stock?? If you ask how long it's likely to take - it's always about a week....

Poor.
