Good Points

Easy to set up and use. Reasonably priced when bought.


General Comments

I have two of these Philips DVD machines between 3 and 4 years old. Both now refuse to read about 50% of recorded +RW discs even when they have just been recorded on the same machine. A caption appears informing me that either the disc 'contains unrecognizable material' or that it is an empty disc. Although they seemed to be a good idea at the time I now regret spending my money on them.
