General Comments

The Karcher DE4002 Steam Cleaner works better than I ever thought it would. It's fast and no chemicals. It's easy to use and you can keep adding water and use it for hours continuously without a cool down time. Excellent quailty and design. The Karcher company seems to offer excellent support as well. I would recommend this for anyone working in a commercial kitchen or who just wants to do chemical-free cleaning at home. So far I can use it on everything in the kitchen (get brass brushes for stainless steels cook surfaces and proofing racks). But it also works wonders in washrooms fixtures and tile. On bare floors, it makes the swiffer look like a joke, just use cotton cloths. It's really quiet and it is such good contruction it looks like it's built to last 50 years. I've heard that you can even use it to kill bedbugs (yuck) and fleas. I love mine.
