Been with Sky for years and rarely had technical problems, however when I did they were sorted quickly.
Bad Points
Customer service appalling, if calling for any reason other than to upgrade, ie downgrading package or cancelling - very time consuming and difficult.
General Comments
I have just cancelled my contract with Sky Digital (hopefully, although they need 31 days notice) after spending nearly an hour on the phone on 2 calls on premium rate charge. After going through lengthy automated service with a range of irrelevant options, I eventually spoke to someone who did not process my request. Apparently my request couldnt be processed because I hadn't asked for them to cancel my contract and a reduction in package in the right order and the system wouldnt let them do it! I rang again (took over 10 minutes to actually speak to someone) and I hope I am now out of it!
