The fitting and service was absolutely excellent, and the underwear extremely comfortable. Unfortunately whilst washing the bra I discovered a split in the fastening. This would not have been a problem and I was happy to have a replacement. However, never dreaming that I would have to return anything I threw the receipt away. Upon returning to the store I was told nothing could be done until I could give them proof of purchase, even though the assistant who fitted me the week before remembered selling me the bra. Apparently this is Company Policy. Based on my experience, when I want to buy Rigby and Peller I will do so in a Department Store and not from one of their shops in future.
