With Everest all the workmen who have attended the site (with the exception of the electricians who I thought seemed rude) have been excellent. The product in general seems to be good (so far). However, I feel as though I've been messed around by Everest. I've found their customer service to be disappointing - I don't think they know the meaning of the word and they seem to have very little project management. Their literature says there will be site visits to assess the progress. No one has been here yet. Everest project management and customer service has been very disappointing in my experience. We have never been told when the workmen will turn up or when they wont. It just depends on the day and whether I'm in. The conservatory was started in the middle of November 2008 and is still not finished (Jan 2009). We have leaks which need sorting out, bits that need concreting and a whole lot of dust and dirt which needs cleaning.
