I felt the clothing was of poor quality, customer service seemed rude towards me and delayed delivery and collection.


General Comments

I ordered a few items from the Oli website, which stated there was a 25% offer on all orders placed that day, nothing was deducted at completion of the purchase and when I phoned the Oli helpline, they were unable to help me. They denied that there was 25% off that day or that they could help me with any dispute regarding this.

When the clothes actually arrived they seemed to be really bad quality and so I arranged for return of the items, which took me about 3 weeks to get completed. This was because the courier failed to turn up about 5 times!

I really will never bother ordering from Oli again, I thought it was a complete waste of time!
