Booking a flight with Thomson has been one of the worst experiences in my life. That is saying something, since I travel extensively for business and pleasure.
Their website may contain wrong information. I was also wrongly quoted for excess baggage from their call center, and then an email saying that I was only allowed 10kg baggage IN TOTAL on the flight - that takes the biscuit!
I hadn't yet set foot on one of their planes but had already decided that I will NEVER AGAIN book a flight with Thomson.
