GMail by Google . Extra capabilities beyond regular email. It has good functionality but its quirky how to accomplish a given task which makes it very frustrating to use. They should try not t be so unique and stick with tried and true methods. Unique methods of performing a task within email that are hard to figure out and sometimes no answer can be found so what you want to do has to be abandoned.
