Nice to have £15 introductory Amazon voucher, but woeful online banking web page which rarely seems to work. When it does allow you to access your account, you can forget about viewing statements as this feature rarely works either.

You will end up relying on the monthly posted statement, which does not do much for the environment or encourage online banking!
