Bad Points
Delayed flights, bad customer service, uncomfortable seats.
General Comments
Our flight was delayed which caused us to miss our connecting flight. They tried putting us on another flight leaving 11 hours later as all other earlier leaving flights were fully-booked with a waiting list. As it is not our fault that they have planned their flight schedules so poorly, not to mention overbooked. After much complaining, we were put on a flight that cuts our wait time to 7 hours. Still a wait but we had not choice. Also, our confimed seats were given to passengers who checked in earlier, moving us a few rows back. So much for confirmed seat numbers. Is this company policy or what?
