Good Points

The price they had quoted was good and better than all other competitors.


Bad Points

Item not delivered but payment taken. Still waiting.........


General Comments

The order was placed on 27/12 and the indicated delivery date was 12/1 which then moved to 14/1. 14/1 came and went and even today 22/1 I don't even have a clue on when M & S will deliver the item. The payment itself was taken on 16/1. The customer service line is courteous enough but they say that the order has been sent to their delivery department but beyond saying that I should get it the next few days they don't even hazard a guess as to when I can get the item.
