I have been using the payment facility in My account. Must have had a typo on the card details and voila a letter appeared. When i logged into my account my balance had doubled. They had kindly charged me a £ 12 admin fee and a £ 12 late payment fee. They must be manually processing the payments behind the scenes which is not good for an online store !. Have closed my account and will not deal with them again ! Never dealing with the company again
