Flowers were ordered as a surprise Xmas gift. None arrived. Arena Flowers said they had and refused a refund. When pressed they said the courier couldn't find the address and had re-routed them back to them and that if the address was confirmed again they would send a fresh arrangement.
The address was confirmed together with precise instructions how to locate the property and a telephone number in case of difficulties. Arena Flowers then said they had initially been supplied with the wrong post code and that was the reason for non-delivery.
The promised second delivery never arrived, Arena Flowers said their courier had tried to deliver but there was no one at the address and a card had been left. I'm sure there is always someone at the property and in any event no card had been received as far as I know.
Arena Flowers have offered a refund.
