Quality services, fast response via ticketing system and very helpful staff members! I've been hosting a few websites with Freezone since early 2004 after moving from another UK based host and can truly say that Freezone is one of the better hosting providers in the UK.

Since 2004 there has been a few instances where we had problems with our services but those issues were resolved quickly and are something of the past. The services that we've been seeing the last couple of years are of the highest quality and in the last two years I've had to contact them only once for a small admin issue!

Well done to you guys!

    Obviously this user has had a good experience, which is great.
    I do however disagree with the review because I think the proof of a good ISP comes when you do need their support or how they deal with problems.
    We had lots of problems and found their support to be quite the opposite of the reviewer. Unlike many companies, Freezone charge people to transfer-out - there is a reason for that!

    I had a similar experience with freezone and as far as customer support is concerned, they are indeed proving themselves as one of the best.

    Actual support is shocking. My problems so far have been:

    1. A 2hour upgrade taking 2 days.
    2. Corrupted files during one of their moves to a new server.
    3. An index Iframe FTP attack, which they said is not a security issue.

    I fixed most of the problems myself after a result of unhelpful support. I have real concerns regarding their support dept technical abilities and will be looking to move servers as soon as I can.

    I find dealing with them infuriating.

    To try and remain positive they answer you quickly and I like the chat feature they have on their website.
