General Comments

I signed up back in September and was told by the o2 employee who signed me up that the broadband package was 20 euros a month MAXIMUM, and that I had unlimited Broadband. Sounded great, my partner thought so too, and we took it home.

6 weeks later I received my first bill - ' 199 euros for one months broadband. I called in to the shop to fix this clear error and was told that it was correct. I spoke with supervisors, sale reps, etc. within the store during that month and was told to contact the head office of O2 as they couldnt help me. They also said they did not have my contract in the store anymore and that I would have to request a copy from head office.

today was my 5th attempt to speak with head office, and still nothing has been done. Its 4 months later since that bill - I have written to O2, Called head office time and time again. my calls are noted and I have been told each time someone will contact me within 72 hours (I have never received a call back).. I have requested a copy of my contract several times, most recently 12 days ago and am yet to receive it. At this stage, O2 are charging me a cancellation "fee" of 300 euros - I have never asked to cancel my account with them, they decided to do that for me. Not once have I received a call from O2 to discuss the problem.

Today I was told by O2 when I called that my contract is still in the store where I purchased the package. I have received 2 Debt collectors letters to date; todays letter stated a bailiff will be calling to my home!!!! This I cannot believe after all my attempts to sort things with O2 informally. I myself will be complaining the product.
