General Comments

Terrible customer service. Canned email responses. No email up dates EVERY time they push back and order. I complained and they sent an unexceptable email.

I would of liked to have known what you get depends on how they update their site, and they are getting stuff from a warehouse and not their business. I spent nearly $400 and my business was not important to them.High shipping. I've been waiting for over a month for a completion of an order. One third of the order I had to switch because they never had the items. They also do NOT remove discontinued items from their web site.
