Yoox have an interesting selection of items. However, YOOX wouldn't give an adjustment when the price dropped over $200 within two days of my purchase. They presumably preferred to sell the item to someone else for the lower price than to let me keep it. I had been a customer since they opened, but I shan't be back. The item (a designer bag) was without a dust/sleeper bag and arrived crushed in a flimsy box. Their customer service is sorely lacking.
