I ordered a snowboard bag from Bored of The High Street and didn't hear much but when I phoned and explained I was going away snowboarding in 2 days they sent it out immediately and it arrived the next day so I would definitely use them again! It was so much cheaper than everywhere else I looked too but I didn't work out how to take advantage of the 1p delivery sadly. Great service and prices.
