Seat recline on our Mexicana flight was good, seat pitch 65 inches and easy access to aisle from window seat even when the seats ahead of you are in full recline mode. The seats are old style manual recline. The foot rest comes up only a few inches...very hard to sleep. The meal service was same as economy. Flight from Mexico City to Buenos Aires is almost 9 hours. But, the service was with a tray with salad, dessert all at once. Drinks are served after the meal is placed...no snack provided. Entree was served cold and most passengers sent the meal back to be reheated. Morning meal consisted of a cold meal no option for a hot breakfast. Bathrooms were dirty and no toilet amenties offered. No snack bar offered in between meal service. Mexicana Airlines is wanting to become a world class carrier, but until they offer a world class business class product they will fail. The B767-300 I flew on was awful. Most of the 42 business class passengers complained in some way about the sub standard business class product. I have flown British Airways, Iberia, and Avianca from Mexico City. Mexicana in no way can compete with these world class airlines. A totally awful business class service and product.
