Cheap, but you really do get what you pay for! Terrible support from the Insure and Go Travel Insurance team, one person tells you one thing and someone else tells you another. I had my handbag stolen on holiday and I was told the excess of £60 I would need to pay would not cover the cost of my bag, but they failed to take into account the contents on the bag and police report! Also the bag alone cost me over £60 which I send a receipt as evidence for and still nothing! They haven't even sent the receipts back yet!
