The system can be glitchy, especially when the website is synced to the inventory control system.
General Comments
Masterpiece Solutions Gallery Version is a great product, despite the glitches, and the fact that they do so many program updates is really how they are able to stay on top of a lot of the issues. I think the customer service is unbelievably good. They are always willing to help me troubleshoot problems with the system, and the system as a whole is really great, better than another art inventory system I had used before.
