General Comments

After 6 years as an American Express Blue card holder, I tried to use the loss/theft protection after someone broke into our van and took several items. One of those items, a camera, had been purchased only 2 weeks before on the card. Because the van was unlocked, they denied the claim and there is no appeals process. Now, they have lost a customer over $300.00.
