General Comments
i used the schuh store online and ordered a pair of boots reduced from £60.00 to £30.00, i thought what a bargain and purchased them. The next day i was showing a friend the boots i had ordered and they were now reduced to £20.00, i contacted shuch and asked them if i would be entitled to the £10.00 difference as i had ordered them in the last 12 hours, they said that the only way they could do this was by me returning the item then purchasing them again. i got over that i had lost £10.00 but i ordered these on a tuesday and i didn't receive them until the following tuesday when their order policy is 3-5 days. I picked them up from a nearby post office where they had been left, opened them, one of them was perfect but the other wasn't. They expected me to walk around wearing a perfect brand new boot and a display boot. I now have to return them and get another pair but its such an inconvenience - how do i know the same wont happen again, i will probably have to wait another 2 weeks to send them back and to receive the other pair. it just seems like a major hassle to get this pair of boots, i thought internet shopping was supposed to be efficient. i definitely wont be ordering from schuh again.
