Took over a week to arrive from Bored of The High Street. Most websites much quicker than this. Not enough information given. The back pack I ordered had no dimensions when it arrived too small. Tried to return said I can't because sale item. Again not made clear on website. Customer service yet to respond to my comments. For a new website very disappointing service. Won't use again. Plenty out there to choose from.
