I have ordered from ASOS in the past and have always been very impressed by the service because it is sooo quick even if you don't select the next day delivery; it still comes within 3 days max
My most recent item has now put ASOS in my bad books as:
1 they've sent me the wrong item. It has the same product code but the picture i saw doesn't look anything like the jeans they sent me
2. I have contacted them twice and have not received any reply!!!
Frustratingly I can find no telephone number- why??
