General Comments

I made a reservation via the net. Within 20mins someone called to asked if I still wanted the car. I said yes that's why I just booked it. Great booked for 9:30.

The buses were on strike that morning so I called and asked for a pick up. They said they could not guarantee one until between 10:30 and 11:00. So obviously I made my way there on foot.

When I got there I was then informed that I would need 2 proofs of address not more than 3 months old in addition to my full UK drivers licence and a credit card.
Not sure why the additional proofs required as I could have moved addresses during that time period. They could not give me a lift back home to get the other documents and could not guarantee the size of car I wanted.
