Credit Expert Online Credit report is free for 30 days. After 30 days, found it hard to see how to cancel my Credit Expert Online Credit report account. When I clicked on 'how to cancel' , it just said 'before you decide to cancel ....' Emailed them to cancel but they still charged £6.99 a month. Apparently in terms and conditions you have to ring to cancel even though on the 'contact us' link it only shows an email account. Now I can't find terms and conditions on the website. Beware of Free 30 day trial terms and conditions!
