General Comments

The Patterdale Terrier is a loyal, smart and loving breed. I Have 2 patty's, both girls both from the same mum and both are very different.
Chelsea - Is ace she follows every command I can walk with her off the lead anywhere and she will stay with me all the time, never runs off but is a little dumb.
Yoshimi - Is very naughty, smart and very playful.
Alot of people criticise Patty's but it is the owners fault how they are not the dogs. I have to work extremly hard with Yoshi. Naughty dogs are always the smarties as they know how to be naughty and get away with it.
If you have lots of free time I would recomend a Patty, if you are not preapard to walk twice a day, teach them tricks, keep them on their toes then a patty is not for you,
