Everything. They changed the way you log in to username and password, and when I tried to log in it would not accept them. When I reverted to the old membership number and pin [which is what it asks for] it then blocked me from the site

I wrote to the Chief Executives Office on 3 separate occasions last year, 1 was for failure to deliver, and apparently not even bothering to tell me why - then it took 14 phone calls [which are expensive] to get a refund.

2nd time was when they sold chocolates which looked as though they were well past their sell-by date and were white and looked dreadful, got a refund only after writing to the Chief Executive's office again.

3rd time was when they sent me a letter to say that my refund had been given, but it had not, and it was a further 5 weeks before I got it back.

Tonight is the last straw, I had to phone Customer Services to get my online account unblocked, and it was the usual press button 1 for.......etc. After having to give my address, line by line, and then spell out my surname and then my first name, I got to speak to an CS operator who ASKED ME ALL THE QUESTIONS AGAIN!!!!

I'm done with them
