Good Points

Cheap, easy to use hosting. No down time, ever. Quick, good customer service.


Bad Points

Until about 2 years ago I found the customer service to be uninformative causing frustration and prompting a lot of back and forth communication. This seems to have changed for the better. Now, any queries are responded to and dealt with immediately and efficiently although direct and straight to the point.


General Comments

I have been using these guys for over 6 years and would recommend them to anybody. Affordable easy to use hosting for the novice or the pro. Almost all my clients use them (those that don't have their own hosting or server access) and are always surprised by and of course very happy with the cost(s).

I have never had any down time with any of my sites and the customer service seems to be vastly improved and now 24 hr. I think the negative comments are valid if some customers have had a bad experience but this is possible with any company providing any kind of product or service. Being very happy, I think I will always use them.
