Mobile Shop. Initially they delivered phone and sim/contract on time. I never received any cash back.
First two claims were overdue by 4 months or more, even after chasing them several times. I finally managed to convert them into vouchers. For the remaining claims I went directly for the vouchers as I thought there was no hope.
And I don't like or don't usually need any of the shops they offer vouchers for. Fortunately they have random offers with say M&S or Asda so at least I could buy food.
