Good Points

The girl who served me was excellent, she had a lovely smile and could not do enough for me. I was not sure what I really wanted but she had no problem changing trays to let me have a better look at the item I wanted to see.


Bad Points

The shop was really cold, and I actually said to the two girls who were serving, that I could not work in this shop as I can't stand the cold, but they both smiled and said they were used to it.


General Comments

I like this shop very much and have bought a variety of jewellery from it over the last few months, and have always found the staff very helpful, the presentation of the shop is very good, with numerous gifts on show and easy to look at. The staff don't suffocate you, they are very pleasant and helpful, they are very discreet, not embarassing you by putting trays back in the cabinets, so that they only have one or two trays out at a time. Overall this H.Samuels shop is run very well, and again my thanks to the lovely girl, and the rest of the staff who attended me today 19th January 2009. and the other times I have been in the shop.
