Good Points

The amalgamation of messaging media in a single device.

Bad Points

The navigation key is oversensitive and there are significant reliability 'quirks' e.g. locking up.

General Comments

For someone on the move a lot, who has to receive and then distribute messages using various media the nokia 9210 is brilliant. I wouldn't be without it.
The device itself generates an initial reaction from people of 'brick' but once you've used it, it actually becomes quite sexy and attractive; it is definitely the dinkiest palmtop type of device you'll get at the moment. Functionally it is pleasing to use and has many appealing features such as 'flight' mode (disable network comms when in the air, but retain office capabilities), widely customisable contact details, an excellent 'log' of transactions and so on.
On the down side there are definitely some bugs. I suspect it to be prone to memory problems and either the processor isn't up to really demanding multitasking or there's an inherent OS inability to run simultaneous tasks reliably under demand. For example, it is not uncommon to have the device lock-up when trying to send many SMS messages, receive messages and open another function e.g. contacts. This can be very frustrating and potential users should definitely check out the SmartPhoneUser Forum for this product - it makes reading that Nokia should study closely.
In general though I wouldn't be separated from my 9210 and would recommend it highly.
