General Comments

I was bought a pair of Jane Norman jeans for Christmas which were too small. Due to ill health I was unable to return these immediately but phoned the store twice to ensure a pair in my size was put aside. When I coll3ected these I was tole I would have to pay an additional £9.19 as I hadn't returned the item within a month and that there has been a £10 off sale when this item was purchased. As the iem has been purchased in November, there was no chance that I would have been able to return it within the month AND as it was a gift I had no idea that there had been a £10 off offer. Consequently I found myself out of pocket by £9.19. This had not been mentioned once when I phoned the store and was an utter surprise to me. As a former good customer of Jane Norman they can expect me not to grace their store again.
