Bad Points

The website you have to use to access the data is frequently so slow you can't use it.
Caused a few freezes and crashes with internet explorer.


General Comments

Seems to record most of what I'd like to monitor.
The alert-words snapshots seem to work well.
Key logger did it's job You have to access your data through a website provided by webwatcher, and the site is frequently running so slow it's just not useable.

I've only had the product a week, and the site has been out of order in some way at least 80% of the time.

I would not recommend this product due to the performance of webwatchers data site.
