Good Points

The website is good and easy to navigate and the prices were the cheapest I could find (other did come in cheaper but by the time carriage was added, they ended up being more expensive). Delivery was exactly as stated with the drivers polite and professional.

General Comments

I hope this review goes somewhat to help others to decide whether or not to buy from Dixons. My reason for going there in the first place was purely on price as the TV I purchased would be the same specification wherever I got it from.
After reading some of the bad reviews I was a little apprehensive to purchase from Dixons. However none of the service I have received could be described as anything other than excellent. I have not been involved with customer services following a product fault so can only review on purchase and delivery.
The Dixons website was good, easy to find your way around and the prices were very competitive. I received free delivery for which I was able to choose the weekend (Saturday in my case) at no extra charge. The email confirmations I received were informative and prompt and this was despite technical gitches at the DSGi server. The evening before delivery I was given a four hour slot which was adhered to and the drivers bringing the goods could not have been more polite or helpful.
I would recomend this Company to anyone.
