Bad Points

Customer services could of been a bit more 'polite' after spending £11k on a watch


General Comments

Wonderful easy to use website & well detailed! I bought a Franck Muller watch from Blitz watches & a Tag earlier on & found no problems with the Muller however, I did experience an issues with the Tag watch though after almost 4 months wear!
I called the customer services to be spoken to by the manager and was told, "As I was a returning customer who had a minor problem in which they could swiftly sort out in a week", I was happy UNTIL t took them 3 weeks(!) to return the watch!
Overall, Tag watch aside i enjoyed a huge discount from both watches bought & have been very happy with them.
