Went abroad but forgot to tell them, had to ring them from France on a mobile phone. When I got through to them, I was told my phone banking was frozen so I had to unfreeze the account before they could add a file note to let me use the account. Problem was, the account had been frozen for around 5 years, as the last time I had rung them, I couldn't remember the password. So now, 5 years later, I had 2 chances to remember the password just so I could leave a file note to say I was in France. Surely enough, after answering all of the security questions, I couldn't remember the password so they wouldn't add the note. What was worse, they put me on hold for 15 minutes, so I hung up, got through to them again and was put on hold for a further 15 minutes. In the end I gave up. That was day 1 of my 7 day holiday. I had no money and had to borrow off friends for the entire time.
