Good Points
Looks great and non stick is fantastic. You really can do fat free cooking with this.

Bad Points
The non-stick surface started coming off within the first two weeks of careful use.

General Comments
I followed the manufacturers care instructions to the letter for my Gastrolux Cookware. In fact I was even more careful than that. I only ever used wooden utensils and the pan never went in the dishwasher. However, within two week, I noticed that the coating was coming off around the inside and outside of the rim and the rim had even chipped in one place. This could only have happened on the draining board. I was really disappointed as I had expected the pan to be robust.

I suspect that I was just unlucky with this pan. The retailer offered to replace the pan but I was worried that I would just get another pan with the same fault.

The manufacturers seem less accommodating in my opinion. They wouldn't replace the pan until I had returned it to them at my own expense and they have agreed that there is a fault. I didn't want to take this risk so I returned the pan to the retailer for a full refund.
