I went live a few days ago with Talk Talk and called them today to sort out some Broadband and phone issues. On the first attempt to talk with someone about confuguring wireless, I was in the telephone queue for ONE HOUR. I'm not exaggerating. I watched a bit of telly and had lunch whilst that awful music droned on. Finally got through and the lady was useless for my needs. Called Talk Talk back after trying to sort it out myself, and was in the queue with rubbish music for THIRTY FIVE MINUTES. I was sooo disappointed with them.
