Cineworld cinema seating is not particularly comfortable, parking is expensive nearby, the food & drinks are expensive and not that good quality (not much vegetarian options) - they are obviously out to make as much money as possible at the expensive of customer service and quality. Sometimes the quality of the films aren't that great either...and sometimes the heating is off or the air conditioning is off which is annoying and uncomfortable. (at West India Quay). The Unlimited Card is good value if you go to the cinema more than 2 or 3 times a month.
I found bad points to be: Long queues to buy / receive your tickets
Often freezing entrance hall
Staff not particularly friendly - high staff turnover
only 2 toilets at West India Quay - one is often out of action and its very far to get to the other especially if its during a film & you have to show your ticket again
as security at entrance to each corridor of cinemas
The food drink sweets etc are very expensive and not great quality
The programme always lasts about 30 mins and is predictable - if you attend regularly its also repetitive and if you arrive late they sometimes won't allow you entry
There is not a great selection of films
Also, the latest films tend to start about 9.30pm is on weekdays

I disagree with this review because...on all occasions I have visited the toilets have all been in action. ALso the seats are always comfortable. I do agree that there are always large queues to buy food and drink. I ahve never used the car park as the cinema is a two minute walk from a DLR station!
