After we requested a quote, Anglian provided a very over-inflated figure, which they then called us every day to lower. They were the most rude and pushy sales people I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, the original salesman spouted his bigoted views and the follow-up telephone salesman were equally unpleasant. When I finally told them we were not going to take their offer they hung up on me without saying another word. Even if they offered me a quote half the price of the cheapest other one I received, I would still not take it.
